Infoscreen

Overview

The InfoScreen project enables various types of information to be displayed on screens. Currently, there are approximately 60 of these screens on the University of Cologne campus (as of 2026). Depending on the configuration, the screens display information about events in the building or room from the course catalog, slide shows featuring lectures and events, news from the Tagesschau, and/or available rooms for students.

Background and Outlook

Further information about the project can be found in the project description.
