Welcome to the Center for Network Media
The Center for Media Networks at the Faculty of Human Sciences at the University of Cologne was founded in 2000 as a service and research institution, evolving from various predecessor organizations. As a center of excellence, it offers services and instruction in all aspects of media. The Media Networks Center is divided into several areas of activity:
Media Production & Editorial
Media Production is divided into the areas of film production, photography, and graphic design, and offers a wide range of services for faculty and students in the field of media. In addition, the HF-Editorial-Team covers current topics for the #News from the Faculty section.
Information Technology & Digital Systems
The IT-Service leverages the expertise of the network’s staff to support colleagues with IT questions and assist them in the event of technical issues. The faculty’s website is also hosted here.
