Evaluation of the theater project “Every career path begins with a first step”

Description

The subject of the research is the scientific investigation of a theater pedagogical intervention in special schools with a focus on learning. The aim of the theater project is to improve young people's career opportunities. A one-week theater project is intended to develop career-relevant skills, strengthen personality and stimulate an understanding of the changing demands of the working world. It is also expected to have an effect on the class climate and provide impetus for school development.

Evaluation methods

Quasi-experimental design, use of behavioral observation, questionnaires and structured interviews
