„Studium und Biographie - Reproduktion und Veränderung von Geschlechterverhältnissen an der Hochschule“, 1985-1987
Mitbegründerin, Antragstellerin und Mitarbeiterin des DFG-Forschungsprojekts „Studium und Biographie - Reproduktion und Veränderung von Geschlechterverhältnissen an der Hochschule“ (Leitung: Prof. Dr. Zinnecker). Angelehnt an Ansätzen der Hochschulsozialisationsforschung, der feministischen Theoriebildung und reproduktionstheoretischer Ansätze wurde vergleichend an den Fachbereichen Pädagogik, Jura und Informatik (Universität Marburg und GHS-Siegen) der Frage nachgegangen, inwiefern biographische Erfahrungen der Studierenden, die Auswahl des Studiums und die Einsozialisation in das jeweilige Studienfach ineinandergreifen und welche Handlungsmuster der Lebensorganisation und -bewältigung in der Phase der Einsozialisation in das Studium entwickelt werden. Methodisch arbeitete das Projekt mit Ansätzen der Ethnographie, der teilnehmenden Beobachtung und der Biographieforschung.
Co-founder, applicant and staff member of the DFG research project "Study and Biography - Reproduction and Change of Gender Relations at the University" (Head: Prof. Dr. Zinnecker). Based on the approaches of university socialisation research, feminist theory and reproductive theory, the departments of education, law and IT (University of Marburg and GHS-Siegen) were investigated with the question to which the biographical experiences of students, the choice of study programme and socialisation interlock with the respective subject and which patterns of action of life organisation and coping are developed in the phase of socialisation into the study programme. Methodologically, the project worked with approaches of ethnography, participatory observation and biographical research.
