Blended Learning for Childcare Consultants in early digital education in childcare centers (BLeFaKi)

The BMFTR project BLeFaKi focuses on developing a blended learning concept for early digital education in daycare centers for daycare consultants based on empirical findings. In a nationwide quantitative online questionnaire survey with early childcare consultants, group discussions with childcare consultants, and guided interviews with representatives of institutions, as well as a document analysis of institutional concepts for media education and specialist consulting, qualification requirements are identified and supplemented by existing scientific findings and qualification concepts.
 
On this basis, a blended learning concept is to be developed, consisting of e-learning including learning videos as well as accompanying face-to-face and exchange phases for specialist advisors. This concept is to be tested and evaluated in a pilot run, taking into account different provider structures, institutional conditions, and profession- as well as organization-related framework conditions. After evaluation and adaptation, the blended learning concept will be made available nationwide as OER and offered permanently free of charge on the nifbe Moodle platform.
