The time has come: From 1 February to 22 February 2026, the second artists’ residency in the Eselsberg neighbourhood in Ulm will take place. In cooperation with the Cultural Department of the City of Ulm, Krealab, and the experimental music group EMU, and together with the artists Christine Söffing, Dr Andreas Grünvogel-Hurst, and Andreas Hauser, creative work and research with sound and sonic practices will be carried out in close collaboration with the local neighbourhood in an open, cooperative space.

Christine Soffing is an interdisciplinary artist with a synesthetic approach and has led the Ensemble for Experimental Music and Art (EMU) at the University of Ulm since 2010.

Dr. Andreas Grünvogel-Hurst works at the intersection of light art and electronic sound, teaches Pure Data (pd) and theoretical foundations, and is a member of EMU at the University of Ulm.
