Since 2011 research associate at the Research Group of Labour and Vocational Rhabilitation. Currently project lead of the following projects: „The PROMI project – promoting inclusive doctoral studies“ and „To tell or not to tell? Working with chronic (health) conditions.“. Part of the project team of the awareness campaign „Working, collaborating and managing with disabilities / health conditions at the University of Cologne“. Doctoral dissertation on the topic of „The role of personal health resources in university studies and working life“. Past projects: Pilot study on „Opportunities and barriers for highly qualified people with disabilities regarding transition into employment" and „Pilot study on the topic of disclosure of chronic health conditions in the workplace“. Previously worked as student associate on the projects „Operational Integration Management“ and „Job tasks and functions of disability managers". Regularly presents at national and international conferences, conducts management trainings on the topic of "healthy leadership". University courses on: scientific research methods and personal health resources. Until 11/2017 board member of The Graduate School of the Faculty of Human Sciences; Organisation of the Presentation day for theses of the Faculty of Human Sciences.
