Since 2025: Research Associate at the Chair of Work and Vocational Rehabilitation, University of Cologne. Currently involved in the research project “Leading by Example! Strengthening Workplace Inclusion with Role Models”.
2024–2025: Member of the project team as a student research assistant.
2018-2022: Student Research Assistant at the Department of Rehabilitation and Special Education (DHR).
Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Sciences, University of Cologne. Specializations: Rehabilitation of people with mental health conditions and Psychomotricity in early childhood intervention.
Master's thesis: “Combining Focusing and the Systemic Approach: Theoretical Foundations and Practical Perspectives.”
