In the winter semester of 2025/26, we welcome Dr. Susanne Schregel as a visiting scholar and Feodor Lynen Fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (return phase) to our department.
Cologne-based historian PD Dr. Susanne Schregel has been awarded the prestigious Carl Erdmann Prize by the Association of German Historians for her Cologne-based habilitation thesis “Intelligence: A History of the Practices, Rules, and Doctrines of Discernment (Germany, Great Britain, ca. 1880–1990).” Announcement
Prof. Dr. Till Kössler assumed the leadership of the Chair of Historical Education Research effective September 1, 2025.
Dr. Petra Götte served as acting chair of the Chair of Historical Education Research from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2025.
