For anyone interested in studying “Interpreting: DGS - German,” we recommend filling out a self-assessment questionnaire (OSA); starting in the 2026/27 winter semester, the OSA will be mandatory for enrollment in the program.

Due to repeated inquiries, we would like to take this opportunity to point out that we do not place students as interpreters for DGS and German for unpaid or voluntary assignments, nor for paid assignments. Requests for interpreters will be gladly answered by the GSD NRW or the BGSD. We are happy to assist you with any other concerns, questions, or suggestions!
