Application process ERASMUS+ Internship

 

 1) General conditions for participation

- Enrolment at the University of Cologne or the Faculty of Humanities

- The first academic year should be completed at the beginning of the stay, but applications are possible beforehand.


 2) Time planning

Interested parties can apply at any time, as there is no application deadline for internships. Please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 2 months before the start of your stay.

 

3) Prioritisation and research

You are free to choose your internship institution according to your wishes, there are no existing cooperations with institutions.

It is important that the institution is located in one of the participating countries . In addition, the internship should last at least 60 days and be suitable for your academic project.

 

4) Application documents

Please submit the following documents for your application to zib-hf@uni-koeln.de:

1. letter of motivation

2. curriculum vitae

3. official confirmation of your intention to do an internship (by the future job). This confirmation should include time and duration as well as a brief description of your activity.
