  • Call for Papers: Data for Psychological Research in the Educational Field
    The Journal of Open Psychology Data or JOPD is devoting a Special Issue to psychological research data in the educational field. Research on educational topics is conducted not only in psychology, but in many different disciplines, like pedagogy, linguistics, sociology, political science, economics, or even history.
    The Special Issue is meant to be published in 2022. The deadline for submitting a proposal is: 31 December 2021. For more information, you can download the full call for papers.

    On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the ALLBUS survey in 2020, the ALLBUS research data center is organising a series of lectures. The speakers of the lecture series illustrate the importance of the ALLBUS as a data basis for social science research and show the social change in Germany over the past four decades.
  • The International PIAAC Research Conference 2022: Skills for Future
    Funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, the International PIAAC Research Conference 2022 aims to share and discuss interdisciplinary research based on the Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies and related studies. The conference addresses skills and measures needed in times of high technological development, automation, and digitalization, as well as unpredictable challenges. The conference will be held on March 24 - 25 2022 in Mannheim, Germany and the Call for Papers is open until October 20, 2021.
