IO3 is a method toolbox which can be used in the work with (newly) immigrated and refugee teachers on the topic of heterogeneity in schools. The toolbox will be developed by the R/EQUAL consortium and participants of the programmes.

The University of Cologne organised a workshop in which the consortium as well as internationally trained teachers who are participating in the activities of the four partners worked on the toolbox by exchanging experiences concerning the work on topics of heterogeneity at school within the programmes for (recently) immigrated and refugee teachers.
